Our History

Founded for profit in August 2017, DE Employment Solutions helped both business and individual clients with a wide variety of employment services then in February of 2022 we became a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Suitland, Maryland.

DE Employment Solutions strives to deliver a path to the middle class with programs across the country with workforce development programs that deliver qualified workers to businesses, improve the productivity of businesses, and provide job seekers with opportunities for careers in high-demand/high-growth industries.

Our programs target both adults and youth with the intention of preparing them to get the job and keep the job!
